TMI-2 DATA For your information, the NRC Director of Operations office has requested that two copies of TMI-2 data that has been collected be forwarded to NRC for staff usage. When that data becomes available, I will inform the Lessons Learned Task Force.
If TMI-2 data is needed in the interim, fill out parts 1 and 2 of the attached Data Request Form and mail to:
Mr. Joseph Godleski Data Management Center Trailer 202 Three Mile Island Nuclear Station P.O. Box 480 Middletown, PA 17057 I have an index of the available TMI-2 data in my office.
In order to minimize confusion over the data desired, please use the index to obtain a file code for the data you desire and indicate the file code and descriptive name on part 2 of the attached form.
