Estimated low level trajectories originating from Middletown, PA for the period March 28, 1979 through April 4, 1979 As you requested, we used the ARL Transport Model to calculate four sets of trajectories, based on observed upper air winds, starting from Middletewn, PA. The first set is for a mean transport layer between 300 and 1500 meters above terrain (Figs. I through 8). The second set is for the same period but for transport at the 950 mb level (-1800 ft; Figs. 9-16). The third set is for transport at the 900 mb level (-3200 ft; Figs. 17-24). The last set is for transport at the 850 mb level (~480 ft; Figs. 25-32). For each day there are four calculated trajectories, 6 hours apart, labelled A, B, C and D (00, 06,12 and 182).
