The;c do not include fiRR work in support of TMI itself.

1.1 THI Situation:

At the time of the initiating. event, loss of feedwater, both of auxiliary feehwater trains were valved out of service.

Related Oc'currences:

Calvert Cliffs abnormal occurrence 12/3/7S; auxiliary feedwater pumps water supply valved out.

Status:

B&W:

IE Bulletin 79-05A, issued 4/S/79, identifying actions to be taken by B&W operating reactors.

No specific actions initiated for CP or OL reviews (same for all vendors).

3:

PN-79-77 issued 4/10/79 noting that problem was applicable to some U plants.

Meeting to discuss required actions aa operating reactors 4/11/79.

CE:

PN-79-77 issued 4/10/79 noted general concerns and meeting scheduled for 4/11/19.

GE:

No action currently underway.
