WESTINGHOUSE ACTION ON TMI-2 INCIDENT In a telecon held on April 10, 1979, Tom Anderson described various actions that were being recommended to the owners of W PWRs concerning the TMI-2 incident.

Included was one of particular significance that deals with SI resulting from coincident signals of Low Pressurizer I have enclosed a copy of the R statement that level and_p.ressure.'ay need to be manuall'y initiated for TMI-2 type of
