Dear Mr. Gazarik:
This is in response to your letter dated April 23,1979,irf which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents regarding emissions compliance, viaste disposal, records of violations, worker exposure to radiation and accident history at the Babcock and Wilcox facility in Apollo, Pennsylvania and Westinghouse's Waltz Mills plant in Yukon, Pennsylvania.
In a May 16, 1979 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you agreed to visit the NRC Local Public Documen' Room (LPDR)
Apollo, PA.
In subsequent telephone conversations involving the Waltz Mills plant, you learned that docket #50-22 is available at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
You confirmed this fact in your June 11, 1979 telephone call to Mr. Isaacs from the PDR.
This completes action on your request.
