SUMMARY
OF ACTIVITIES AT TMI FOR PAUL H. BISSETT 1.
Time of Arrival:
1100 hrs., 4/20/79.
Processing and familiarization of duties were then carried out.
Breakdown of hours during mid-shift coverace were as follows:

Summary of Activities:
During the week (7 days) that was spent at TMI, I was a part of the NRC Environmental Mobi'e Survey Team.
Duties included the performance of routine ground radiation su.veys at designated points along the East and West side of the Susquehanna River, both five miles North and Soeth of the plant. Also, portable air sampling equicment was set up at various points, normally twice per shift. Ld:ation of sampling points was dictated by meteorological data received every half hour.
Vegetation samples were also taken periodically during the week.

Licensee Operations at the Site:
Due to the nature of my duties, I am unable to make any comments concerning licensee operations at the site.

IE and/or NRC Operations at the Site:
Due to the shift that I covered (2400 hrs. - 0800 hrs.), I am unable to make any comments regarding IE/NRC operations, other than the fact that operations appeared to Le running smoothly.
