Attached i a log for obtaining the necessary infomation.
IE at Pil is to provide us with as much of the information as possible for page 1.

I have established a notebook on TMI waste to be kept on my desk or table.
It has a section for phone calls and copies of the '.tte.ched fo ms.
I recomend any inquiries from press, TV and radio be referred to Karl Abrahan, PA at TMI.
