On Acril 27 I met with the memters of my group and described the scoce of work, 3ssignments, and the schedule for,ccmpleting an evaluaticn of the operating 'd and :-E olants.
In view of the delays in obtaining the necessary data, it has been necessary to revise the schedule. gives the revised schedule.
I have also modified the cutline (see Enclosure 2) and I believe the revised format e;ould permit the reader flexibility in pursuing details of interest without having to read the whole report.
Essentially the rain body of the report wculd describe scope of work, current licensing consider 3tions, and the findings and recommendations.
The appendices would include system designs, detailed analyses, operator considerations, and short-term and long-term recommendations.
