The B&W document on'0perating Procedure Guidelines for Small Breaks" (dated May 5) was circulated by special distribution Tuesday, May 8.
Note to Heltemes:
Get your LA to assume responsibility for receiving and distributing generic material from all four vendors.
2.
Oconee and Rancho Seco orders signed as of May 7,1979.
3.
K. Canady of DPC brought in the submittal, in response to the order, on May 8, and is under review.
4.
We have a draft of what TVA is going to say Sequoyah with respect to Bulletin 06A.
A copy is going to S. Varga for reaction; ultimately Steve will be coordinating this effort for other near-term OLs.
5.
A. Thadani circulated a very rough draf' (72 pages) of some thoughts on W plants.
Considerable work will be needed to cerform to the Eiaster outline previously circulated.
6.
Just as the Safety Orders overtook the B&W bulletin responses, so will the W, CE reports overtake those responses. More later.
7.
Varga has been sent a copy of what CE told Maine Yankee for bulletin response.
8.
Meeting today, 3:00PM with W on pro-and-con of RCP trip; Friday morning with CE.
9.
We need to plan for ACRS presentations for bulletins May 31, June 1, Okrent SCM.

For the five B&W bulletins, we believe that all procedures not otherwise covered by the order should be in place and subject to whatever resident IE audit is needed. A meeting with IE:HQ will be held scon.
11.
Letters to W, CE utilities on analysis needs to go out this a.m.
