Resolution required for safety evaluation D Problem -
Generic -
The licensee (3 loppS 1 pump per loop CE Design) was advised that they must meet the ] 3 loo,p requirement, i.e., keep 2 RCP's in operation.
They will meet our requirement * ' think it would be more conservative to operate only 1 RCP thereby keeping 2 RCP's in reserve for longer term accident recosery and cooldown. This philosophy is applicable to other licensees.
Assessment by Problem Group -
Licensee may have valid concern. Should be reviewed on high priority basis.
