, Plant Millstone 2 Source S. Varga Review Group Resolution required for safety evaluation No Problem - Generic - Bulletins contain requirement for " verification of Operability".
Group discussion indicated uncertainty as to meaning i.e., sign off as operc+.or makes check, second operator witness check, second operator does independent check etc.
If we have a specific requirement it should be made clear to licensees.
Assessment by Problem Group - Not of imediate concern. Suggest that Standard Tech. Spec. group establish some definition for " Verification of Operability".
