Thursday, April 5, 1979 8:30 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.:

Executive Session (Open) - The Committee will hear and discuss the report of the ACPS Chairman regarding miscellaneous matters relating to ACDS activities.

The Committee will discuss candidates proposed for appointment to the Committee, as appropriate.

Portions of this session will be closed as necessary to protect information the release of which would represent a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

This meeting notice is being revised to include consideration of an unexpected incident at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 2 on March 28, 1979 which resulted in.a General Emergency being declared at this Station.

Discussion by the ACRS will include reports by the NRC Staff regarding the status of the nuclear plant and interim measures taken to protect the public health and safety until final corrective i

action can be taken.
