AUXILIARY OPERATORS MII w/ Enc. I OPERATION ENGINEERS MII w/ Enc. I By thi ceao all Unit II Cperations Depart =ent personnel are to signify by their initials on the attached sign off sheet (Enclosure II) that they; 1.
Have reviewed, are fa=iliar with and understand the changes to Ecergency Procedure 2 02-1.3 Loss of R.C./ R.C.S. Pressure which apply to the small break LCCA requirements.
2.
That they have physically located all the equipment required to be operated in accordance with the procedure changes.
The Chift Foremen are also directed to insure that; 1.
There is a dedicated CR0 (who is free to respond to the postulated (m
dent) stationed 'in the Control Rocs at all times.

There is one person on each shift stationed on the prinary side of the plant at all times who can respond and carry out the actions required for a small break LCCA.
3.
A sheet, showing the two individuals arsigned to the small break LGCA response team is attached to the Control Roos Log Sheet.
4.
Once a =onth the Shift Foreman briefs his
_ on the stall break LCCA response requirements.
The Shift Supervision is directed to insure that this memo is implemented and that all personnel on their shift comply with this =eco in the required amount of tine.

Have reviewed, are tuciliar with and understand the changes to Esergenc; Procedure 2202-l.3 Lous of R.C./ R.C.S.
Pressure which apply to the small break LOCA requirc=ents.

That they have physically located all the equipment required to be operated in accordance with the procedure changes.
The Shift Foremen are also directed to in;are that; 1.
There is a dedicated CRO (who is free to respond to the postulated accident) stationed 'in the Control Roc = at all times.

There is one person on each shift stationed on the primary side of the plant at all times who can respond and carry out the actions required for a small break LOCA.
3.
A sheet, showing the two individuals assigned to the small break LOCA response team is attached to the Control Room Log Sheet.
4.
