Dear !!r. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Infarmation Act, I request cepies of the transcripts of the investigatory interviews conducted of the control room personnel involved in the recent accident at Three Mile Island, Pa.
As I mentioned in our telephone conversation of April 11, the interviews were begun on or about March 29, and were conducted over the next several days.
The tape recordings of these interviews were then transcribed and forwarded to the appropriate utility and investigatory personnel, including officials of the NRC.
We agree to pay the cost of these copies; bills may be sent to the address on the letterhead.
