In view of the fact that it is taking us rather longer than expected to get someone from cutside the ::P.C to head up the TMI-2 investigation, I think we need to put in place an interim IRC coordinating staff.
I would propose Eevin Cornell to head it up with Steve Eilperin and Jim Cermings assisting.
