This is to advise you that the Cc=ission (with all Commissicnc s in agreement) has decided that any determination concerning an ext aordinary nuclear cccurrence snculd'be deferred and that tne Cc=ission shculd not meet at this time to censider Price-Anderson Act implications.
Attached for ycur infomation is a copy of a remorandum en this subject fror.: the General Counsel to the Cc=issioners, dated Acril 3,1979. The Co=issioners agree with the recc=endation and course of action cutlined in this memorancum.
The Offices of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and Executive Legal Cirector were informed of this action by telephone on April 6, 1979.
