Attached, per yo tr request, is a copy of a letter frcm R. Eoyd of the NRC Staff to A. Kintigh of NYSELG dated January 19, 1979, with attached Staff questions concerning, among other things, the alternate site analysis for the referenced proceeding. The Staff informs me that this is the only docu-ment that has ocen sent out regarding this proceeding involving the cc.n-sideration of alternate sites for New Haven 1 and 2.
As I indicated to you during our recent phone conversation, copies of all correspondence between the Staff and NYSE&G (as well as LILCO) regarding New Haven 1 and 2 have, and will continue to be, placed in the local public document room located in Oswego. However, I have placed you on our legal service list, and have instructed the technical Staff to place you on their service list as well.
