In your letter of March 27, 1979 to Mr. L. V. Gossick you request that we return unneeded copies of the flew York State /fluclear Regulatory Commission signed agreement for technical support in our review of New Haven. Units 1 and 2.
Mr. Gossick signed the agreeme.1t for the fiuclear Regulatory Commission on April 6, 1979 and asked me to return the unneeded copies to you.
Enclosed are four signed agreements. We are looking forward to a successful working relationship with the Public Service Commission and Department of Environmental Conservation staffs.
