Dear Mr. Boyd:
m On Novenber 22, 1978, New ' fork State Electric & Gas Corpo-ration (!PISE&G) and Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO) tendered an application for construction permits and all licenses recuired in connection with the ownership, use and operacion for 2r?SE&G 1
& 2.
The two unit nuclear powered electric generating station is to be located at the New Eaven site in the County of Oswego, State of New York.
The applicants have changed the official nane of the facil-ity-from NYSE&G 1 & 2 to New Eaven 1 & 2.
The nane change, effective as of February 23, 1979, will be used on all future correspondence and anendnents to the application.
