APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PERMITS - NEW YORK STATE ELECTRIC AND 6AS CORPORATION, NYSE&G 1 AND 2 STATION The New York State Electric and Gas Corporation filed an application for construction permits and operating licenses for their proposed NYSE&G 1 and 2 station to be located at the New Haven site in Oswego County, New York. The site is approximately 9 miles east of the City of Oswego, 30 miles north of Syracuse, and 2 miles south of Lake Ontario.
