Gentlemen:
In accordance with the Appeal Board's Memorandum and Order of Septem-ber '8,1978, this is to advise that, as a result of the 7.dditional 15, 1978 Order in inquiries directed by the Commission in its September this proceeding, the Staff does not believe that the previously established deadline of Octcber 30, 1978, for filing testimony, is realistic any longer. The Staff recommends that November 17, 1978 be set as the new filing deadline.
