" ART!CLE VI!!

"1.

If the licensee fail to pay assessed deferred premiums, tne Cenmission reserves ne rignt to cay those premiums on behalf of the licensee and to recover tie amount cf such premiums ficm the licensee.

2.

The Ccamission chali require the immediate sucmission of financial.tatements by those licensees wno indicate, after an assessment of the retrospective premium by the insurance pcols, that they sill not pay the assessment.

Such financial statements shall include, as a minimum, exnibits indicating internally generated funcs frem cperati ns and accumulated retained earnings.

Subsequenc sucmission of financial statement; by such licensees may be requested by the Commission, as required.

'3.

If premiums are paid by the Ccmmission as provided in uaragrapn 1, payment by the Ccamission shall create a lien in the accunt paid in favor of the United States upon all procerty and rignts to property, wnether real Or ;erscnal, helenging to such licensee.

The lien shall arise at tna time payment is made by the Ccmmissicn and snali continue until the liability for the amount (or a judgment against tne licu1see arising Out of such liability) is satisfied or becomes unenforceable.

The Commission will issue a certifica:e of release of any such lien if it finds that the liability for the amcunt has been fully satisfied or has become legally unenforceacie.

If the Cctmission determines that :ne licensee is financially able to reimcurse the Ccemission for a deferred premium cayment made in its behalf, and the licensee, af ter notice of sucn detem.irction by :he Ccmnission fails to make such reimbursement wi:nin 1:0 days, the Ccmission will take accrcpriate 3:ecs to suspend t.te license for 20 days.

The Ccmissicn may take any further action as necessary if reimbursement is not made within the 20-day suspension period including, but r.c limited
