May 4, 1979 Freedom of Information Act Officer Nuclear Regulatory Lt amission Washington, DC 20005 Pursuant to the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I am writing to request the following inrormation on behalf of myself and my fellow members of Prairie Alliance:

(I) Copies of any NRC documents pertaining to the safety of Clinton Units I and II (dockets70-461 and 70-462) or to the accident s, risks, pro-babilities, and consequences not contained in the present NRC 70-461 and 70-462 public files, such as are maintained in the NRC PDR. We refer especially to cited reports that in the order repudiating parts of WASil-I400, the NRC commissioners directed the staff to review all existing plant licenses with regard to thhOr reliance on NASil-1400.

(2) Copies of NRC documents pertaining specifically to the generic safety of all BWRS and/or GE BWRS. Should this include reports too numerous and/or lengthy to conveniently provide, please limit yout response to those documents produced since the order repudiating the Rasmussen report.

(3) The official NRC list of Generic Unresolved Safety Problems for BWR's and/or GE BWR's.

(4) The text of any NRC documents instructing the designers, engineers, con-structors, or operators of BWR's or all reactors (but not specifically PWR's) existing procedures and practices as a result of the WAS'l-1400 repudiation or subsequent events, including the accident at Three Mile Island.
