RELEASE OF PRELIMINARY f;0TICES (PN's) ON THREE MILE ISLAND (TMI), AND STAFFING OF EXECUTIVE MANAGEMElli TEAM (EMT) AT THE NRC OPERATIONS CENTER Releases of Pri's on TMI are being made by the EMT only with the concurrence of Harold Dcaton or his representative at the TMI site.
The timing of such releases is theratore dependent on receipt of clearan.ce from the site.
Attached for your information is the presently scheduled staffing of the EMT.

';ote - This s:sffing will hold for " normal" cperations, but.till be adjusted as appropriate if planned events of a critical nature are scheduled to occur du-ing a particular shift.
All personnel will be on call in event of an emergency situation requiring augmented staffing.
Dudley Thompson, IE, and Ed Jordan, IE, have been designated Operations Status Officers.
One or the other will be on duty at all times to assist the EMT in keeping informed on the current status at the Three Mile Island site, preparation and coordination of the " Preliminary f;otices" that are being issued on TMI, and responding to Commission, Congressional, and Executive Branch agency queries.
