All health physics technicians cre to be briefed inmediately and at the beginning of each shift that if any situation which may $=pede work arises due to conflict of standard procedures, RWP's, etc., including those special procedures evoked due to the current accident (e.g. two Scott air bottle rule, 20 cres/ day guidance, etc.) that natter is to be referred to Licroth, D_ugel, Mulleavy, or Landry faaediately for resolution.
Should one of these four be unable to provide adequate resolution, it will be referred to Lawyer, Thorpe, or Thomas with appropriate reco==endations.
The intent of this direction is to permit safe accomplishment of work without delay. This does not authorize any technician to permit work to proceed which is not covered by an RWP or other authorized procedure, nor does it relieve that technician of the responsibility to take it=ediate positive action to prevent or minimize unnecessary exposure, release of

contamination or other actions which are in keeping with sound radiological practices.
In this regard, act and i==ediately notify appropriate supervisory personnel.
All details of any alleged delay of work will be completely docu=ented by the IP Supervisor in his log including name of all parties involved,
