v ACTION ITEtiS TASK MANAGEMENT / SCHEDULE MEETING 0900 4/8/79
- Plant Status Summary:
A) 3CS at approximately 550 psi.
floise analysis indicates gas bubble prmed during depressurization and then absrbed in coolant at same pressure plateau.
B) Unit 1 processed approximately 21,000 gal. through CAP-GUN System.
Iodine levels currently too high for release.
Currently chaaging CAP-GUN resins for second processing run.
C) Dater levels in auxiliary sumps decreasing. Water Status Board being constructed in Turbine hall.
D) Planning for waste gas tank sanple survey in progress.
E) Reactor Building Emergency Cooling Pump seal leakage has been identi-fied as a source of leakage into Auxiliary Building, at approximately 30 gal./ minimum.
F) Auxiliary Building floors to be sprayed today.
G) Samples were taken from AB/0FH filters.
Replacement filters are available and can be installed.
H) Trying to get monitor working in Plant Ventilation system exhaust; expected to be in service by 2400, April 8,1979.
I) Work proceeding on redundant filter system; estimate seven days to be complete. We have conceptual design of "B" 5.G. cooling system, ACTION ITEMS Due Ac tion 1.
Provide Management / Schedule Team with some kind of All documentation of completed tasks.
Handwritten notes giving brief summary of esults and-reference to other documentation is 0.K.
2.
Investigate need to drop pressure below 500 psi.
Do Arnold not begin to repressurize RCS until-decision is made.
Wilson NRC 3.
Investigate securing R.B. Emergency cooling pumps to Herbein stop leakage into Auxiliary Building.
4.
Outline of Safety Analysis for long-term cooling is tic!!illan available.
B&W to review with NRC.
5.
Surge Capacitors for RCP's are being located.
Need ticMillan decision or whether or not to install.

Due Action 6.
Thermocouple H 8 (currently read'ing 4420); deter-Mctiillan mine if this reading should be rejected (instru-ment error). _
7.
There is some question as to pressurizer heater lic.v.illan availability.
B&W to confirm. Tech Support to Wilson investigate isolation transformers.
8.
RCS sample will not be takea !y the rohat.
Team is t'ctiillan being trained to take sample.
Heise gauge to be Herbein hydroed and operational priar to taking samples Levenson (PlantOps),
tieed the following information:
A.
Type & priority of samples (B&W)
B.
Type of analyses to be performed and at which laboratories (B&W, Plant Ops, IAG).
John Bachofer to coordinate developing plan based on above input.
IAG recomends a minimum of samples be taken and each sample be distributed to several different laboratories.
Objective:
reduce load exposures and get comparative results.
9.
Bert Ackerman has been identified as IAG coordin-Levenson ator for the Instrumentation Team.
Charter to be issued.
10.
Plant Modifications needs information on what BOP Wilson loads need loss-of-power backup.
(Needed to dt.ter-licMillan mine location of two 2,500 kw Diesel Generators, arriving Thursday, April 12, 1979.)
11.
Check on availability of portable airlocks.
flRC 12.
Develop survey management.
Set deadlines for Herbein request, one control. point, and system for distri-buting survey plans and results.
