Since I am not certain that my actions and/or communications are logged in the IRC.
The enclosed is a sumnary (to the best of my recollection) of the period 03/28/79 through 04/01/79.

t' ENCLOSURE Record of Actions Wednesday, 03/28/79 8:25 AM - Arrived at work and was told by V. Stello's office to report to IRC - incident of unknown significance at TMI-2.
9:15 AM - Arrived IRC. - remained there through the day with Stello, et al.
7:30 PM - Left IRC for home with instructions to prepare to leave for TMI in AM with R. Vollmer.
Replaced at IRC by T. Marsh and Roy Woods.
Thursday, 03/29/79 7:00 AM - Arrived Bethesda, made change in Travel arrangements (Rental Car) and proceeded to IRC for update.
10:30 AM - Left Bethesda with G. Mazetis and F. Ashe.
12.45 PM - Arrived at TMI Observation Center. Met with rest of R. Vollmer Team.
1:30 PM - Attended briefing presentation in Observation Center by J. Herbein giving pr;liminary accident scenario and plant status.
Dignitaries present included 3 Senators (G. Hart, et al) and 1 State Senator and 7 member NRC team.
3:00 PM - Went to Processing Center on island with Mazetis, Ashe and Scherling for meeting with P,. Wilson and G. Broughton of GPU to discuss plant scenario and plant status.
7:00 PM to AM - Worked in conference room at Motel with NRC team, put to-gether a consolidated event scenario.
Briefed Vollmer, and IRC team on assessment of accident.
Friday, 03/30/79 7:30 AM - Assembled at Observation Center.
Set up teams - one on island, one at Observation Center (I&E) to gather info to advise staff at IRC. Went to Island with Mazetis, Klingler, Scherling, Ashe.

-2 Morning - Meeting with I&E (O. Bechman). Meeting with George Kunder (operator).
Noon
- Return to Observation Center.
Denton, Stelio et at arrived by helicopter. Briefed new arrivals on plant status and accident scenario.
Afternoon - Returned to Processing Center on Island.
Meeting with R. Wilson (GPU).
5:0J PM - Returned to Observation Center. Briefed Denton & Stello (in green house).
10:00 PM - Returned to Motel.
Saturday, 03/31/79 7:30 AM - Arrived Observation Center, began processing to go to Island.
9:00 AM - Arrived Processing Center, set up communication link to trailer spent day responding to requests from Observation Center Trailer, with Lauben. Mazetis, Adensam, et at.
9:00 PM - Relieved by night shif t, returned to trailer for debriefing.
10:30 PM - Returned to Motel.
Sunday, 04/01/79 7:30 AM - Arrived Observation Center for briefing, processed onto Island.
9:30 AM - Arrived Processing Center.
Reviewed procedures.
9:30 PM - Relieved, returned to Observation Center for debriefing, returned to motel.
