Thus, it is important that attendees cece prepared to discuss the agenda it ems and have reasonable alternatives for those they feel are objectionabic.
Any attendee wanting to place an item on the agenda should contact the scheduling group in Trailer #21 prior to 8:00 a.m. the day of the par-ticular meeting of concern.
Such items should include a short statement of the activity of concern and an indication of the priority the items should be given.
Attached is a list of activities to be discussed at the next teeting.
