It is intended that these meetings will be reasonably short.
Thus, it is important that attendees come prepared to discuss the agenda items and have reasonable alternat ives for those they feel are objectionable.
Any attendee wanting to place an item on the agenda should contact the scheduling group in Trailer #21 prior to 8:00 a.m.

Such items should include a sLort statement of the activity of concern and an indication of the priority the items should be given.
