JIM McCONNELL On April 19, 1979 I spoke with Mr. John Collins, Site NRC Representative, about using the subj ect system.
I explained that these particular air hoods had not yet been approved by NIOSH and as such had no T.C. number.
It was pointed out that these boods had been used successfully for some time on the Savannah Project and were deemed sotisfactory by that Project.
Mr. Collins said he would recept the use of this equipment for Three Mile Isla: d as long as Lape2 Badges were used with the=.
I also spoke to Mr. E.
Dubiel of Health Physics and Mssrs. R. Ritthanel and F. Grice of Metropolitan Edison Safety Department and CPU Safety Departments.

Mr. L. Jolly of Dupont is having a copy of the Equipment Air Test sent to Id1 for information purposes.
