e April 20, 1979 Mr. Engelhardt THREE MILE ISLAND - PRESERVATION OF RECORDS As a result of NRC Announcement No. 39 dated 4/12/79, and subsequent telephone conversations with Steve Scott and Caru:
Ann Reed (TERA Coordinator and FOIA Officer, respectively)
OELD must provide Carol with all information relative to TMI.
We must transmit to the FOIA Officer any documents generated by ELD with release information, in an expeditious fashion.
As a courtesy, we should check with her to see if she has received information that has been generated by other offices in NRC and received by ELD through routing and distribution.
