1 FOUllTEENTil:
A class action herein is superior to other available methods for the fair and efficient adjudica-tion of the natters involved particularly on the issues of lia-n lI bility of the defendant for compensatory damages and punitive
,\\
damages.
Since t'e defendant's liability for punitive damages il t,
l h
and the amount of the award, therefore, depends on its degrea e
of culpability, ability to pay and a fair and proper amount of li
', l punishment, a class action provides the only tray to make a
,i L
single determination of culpability and later, an approprate
,1 i,f auard or awards of damagec.
Therefore, bringing a class action
