Herbein Deternine source; possibilities:
a)
Dry out of Auxiliary Building wetted surfaces b)
OTSG "B" atmospheric steam dump valve leakage c) condenser air ejector d) Auxiliary Building filter changes 2.
Condenser air ejector filters should be cut in only if releases Herbein are indicated.
3.
Monitor OTSC "B" pressure / level for signs of leakage.
Herbein Report results 0900, April 16,1979.
At 1800, April 15, 1979 report results of most recent secondary side iodine analysis.
Review current status of secondary chemistry.
4.
Continue caustic spray of Auxiliary Building a'reas.
Herbein 5.
Establish alarm set-point on stack monitors.
Herbein 6.
Re-install Heise Gauge and A P transmitter in area outside Herbein sample room.
7.
Establish fluid te=perature to be assumed for measurement of Wilson containment su=p level.
8.
Evaluate schedules for both short-term (low pressure) and long-Cobean term (high pressure) OTSG "B" secondary systems.
Recommend course of action.
9.
Evaluate alternatives to Base Plan (e.g., take "A" steam genera-Wilson tor solid first).
10.
Complete evaluation of proposed alternate DHR Syrtem.
Recom-IAG/NRC mend course of action.

Complete process of putting core exit thermocouples on recorders.
