SUBJECT:

FACILITATING INFORMATION EXCHRiGE WITH DOE /OIIER AGENCIES To facilit. ate the subject information exchange, the following information should be gathered at the NRC:IE Cocmand Post.

This information vill be picked up daily by the NRC Environmental Liaisen Officer (R. Bores) at approximately 7:00 p.m. for presentation at the next DOE /other agency briefing.

The information will be collected by the 0800 to 1600 hour0.0185 days <br />0.444 hours <br />0.00265 weeks <br />6.088e-4 months <br /> ESL. The other two ESL's should cooperate in this regard.

Information needed:

i 1

a.

NRC environmental analytical results; b.

Maryland Department of Natural Resources environmental results (milk);

c.

Met Ed environmental results, including reduced meteorological data; d.

Effluent release data; gaseous and liquids; c.

NRC trend analyses, person-rem estimates, etc.;

f.

Current plant status and any anticipat.d evolutions of plant operations; and f

g.

Anticipated special requests of DOE or other agencies.

Comments:

a.

For items a through e above, make two copies of the data sheets, charts, etc. for dissemination by the NRC Environmental Liaison Officer.

File one copy of the data in the appropriate IE Command folders / books and place the other two copies in a folder / envelope for subsequent distribution by the NRC Environmental Liaison Officer.
