GROU'iD RULES FOR INTERVIEWS WIT:1 INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE EMPLOYEES 1.

Interviews will be conducted with each identified liccnsee employee on an individual basis.

Interviews with groups of individuals may be necessary as follow up.

2.

The int rviews will be recorded on tape.

I f an individual objects to being recordet then the individual vill be requested to sign a statement.

3.

The individual may request to be represented at the interview by anyone he uishes.

4.

The licensee may not be represented at the interview unless so requested by the ind ivid ual.
