"Xepford said that he made rnessurements with a geiger counter in the last few days of 0.5 millirem per hour thirty miles upwind of the plant.
He also said that in driving through liarrisburg the readings fluctuated between 0.1 millirems per hour and background.
Near the plant, the reading went to background."
