Richings had a telephone call with BSW this af ternoon on the s ubj e c t of whether it would be appropriate to furthe r borate the prirary system.
BSW has expressed a concern, for several days, of a sec nd criticality problem.
Their fuels expert advised them that
'uel could redistribute.
For exanple, a change in flow c;nditions c;ul d move fuel around.
