Metropolitan Edison Company - Docket 50-320 Three Mile Island Nuclear Station - Unit No. 2 Middletown, Pa.
Based on our evaluation of the current status and operational require-ments of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station - Unit Nos. 2, we hereby issue the followin,g temporary change to the Technical Speci-fication with regard to operability of the RB Emergency Cooling booster pumps.
Section 3.6.2.3.d of the Technical Speci fication shall be changed to read as follows:
3.6.2.3 d.
With all RB Emergency Cooling Booster pbmps inoperable, operation may continue provided that RB temperatore is maintained less than 130 F and RB pressure is maintained no greater than -0.3 psig.
Fan-coil units shall be maintained operating during this time.
Mode applicability is 3 and 4.
