Arnold, GPU General Public Utilities (GPU) hereby authorizes the Nuclear Regulatory Cordnission (;;RC) to ship a skid uounted hoist from Harnischfeger Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for possible use at the Three Mile Island

The skid will be delivered to titchell isFB by 2 PM on April 12, 1979.
