Withcut the Eatch Plant this value would be reduced by ene-third.
Mr. Jaccbscn indicated that these reserve estinates ve: e rescenable and that there appeared to be a real need fcr pcver for these sy:te=s b-1973 Ihsed en this infersa'icn Bcb fedesec and Chuch Icng are gcing ahead and processing these exenptiens.
