Dear Mr. Mulholland:
This will confirm our telephone conversation yesterday afternoon concerning our request for hearing space.
I understand that you have reserved Courtrcon No. 2 for use by one of our three-nenber Atenic Safety and Licensing Boards for six days of hearings beginning at 1:30 p.m..on May 16 and, at 9:30 a.m.
each sub-sequent day, continuing through Saturday, May 21, 1977.
1 The hearing is in the natter of Metropolitan Edison Cocpany's Three Mile Island nuclear facility.
At your suggestion, I have contacted Mr. Charles liafer in the office of the building =anager concerning a need for air conditioning and possibly building security for the Saturday session.
