Dear Mr. Giaubusso:
In our letter to you of Jan,arv 2, 1973, on the above subject, we stated that we expected to ec=plete ;he analysis of the high energy lines and file it as an acendment by A." u 1, 1973.
In proceeding with the analysis work, we have found it more size consuming than originally anticipated and have net been able to =< ret the April 30 date.
'Je now estinate that the analysis will b.: e mpleted and filed as an amend =ent by the firs t of July 1973.
If raiifications are necessarv, as a result of the analysia, they will be described and a schedule for thei: design, fabrication and installation will be included in the amendment.
