NOTIFICATION OF ACCESS AUTHORIZATION Reference is made to the memoranda dated August 3,1976 and December 14, 1976 frcm Ben C. Rusche, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to Raymond J. Brady, Director, Division of Security requesting security clearance for certain 10 CFR Part 50 licensee representatives.
