Two envircn-mental menitoring staticns located en the island, but curside the confines of the dike, may be affected by flooding.
The inspectica of the facility features relating to occupational exposure was incetple te end no t as beneficial as it should have been-Planned discussicn of FSAR Chapter 12 was not held.
This will be ccepensated, in part, by submitting formal questiens cn design details anc cperations to the applicant.
