The Three Mile Island-2 LPM has reca. tended that the Board be notified of three recent iter.s regarding licensing review activities.

The forwarding letter to the Board should note that Iten 1 requests confirm-atory information not expected to raise any significant issues and that Items 2 and 3 represent new infomation requiring staff review. This review will be completed prior to plant startup. The Board will be infomed of the review results either through the service list er by separate letter.
