APPEAL MEETING PIQUEST BY THREE MILE ISLAND-2 ON STAFF POSITIDM CN STEAM LINE BREAK ACCIDENT A meeting was held with Mr. Arnold of Metropolitan Edison and members of his staff with Bob Heineman, myself, and others. As a result of this meting, a mutually satisfactory approach was agreed on, and on April 4.1977, Metropolitan Edison Cesrpany subaritted an action plan consistent with the agreements made at that meeting.
A further meeting with you and Metropolitan Edison is no longer required and our attached proposed response so indicates.
