THREE MILE ISLAND, UNIT NO. 2, SAFETf EVALUATION REPORT, CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS g,g In our SER input to you for Section 13.1, dated May 27, 1976, we noted that there were several inconsistencies in the applicant's FSAR for that section.
In addition, subsequent to the issuance of the SER, the applicant informed us that the duty station of the Manager-Generation would not normally be onsite.
In regard to the latter item, as we stated in our memorandum to X.
Kniel dated Decemoer 2,1976, we did not have sufficient information to confirm the acceptability of that organizational arrangement. The applicant has since extensively revised his plant staff organization in Amendment Nos.
52 and 54.
We have. reviewed these amendments and other amendments through Amendment No. 55 and corisider that previous areas of inconsistency have been co rected and that the organizational arrangement provides for an acceptable plant staff organization.
In view of the above-noted changes in the plant staff organization, the second paragraph of Section 13.1 of our SER input to you dated May 27, 1976, snould be changed to read as shown in the attachment hereto.
