In accordanca with the understandiegs which were raflected in Secretary Udall's lattar of March 20, 1964, to Chairnan Seaborg, I am forwarding Volunas 1, 2, and 3 of the Preifninary Safety Analysis Report filed by Jersey Central Power & Light Company with its application covering the proposed construction and operation of the Oystar Creak Nuclear Station Unit 2.
The proposed nuclear reactor will be located adjacent to the axisting Oyster Crsek Unit 1 on the applicant's site in Lacay Township, Ocaan County, New Jersey.
We would appreciate receiving a report from Fish and Wildlife Servica concerning those features of the proposed reactor operation which might have radiological affects on fish and shellfish.
