ENCLOSURE DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION Metropolitan Edison Company Decket No. 50-320 License No. CPPR-66 Certain activities under this license appear to be in violation of AEC requircrents.
This apparent violation is considered to be of Category 11 severity:

Criterion V of Appendix B of 10 CFR 50 requires that activities affecting quality be accomplished in accordance with documented instructions, procedures, or drawings.
