Kapur At your request contained in the referenced memo, the Structural Engineering Branch has reviewed the applicant's asstsaptiens and proce-dure used in the design and analysis of tne tanks which led to the conclusions as indicated on Page S3-42-3h of Supplement 3 to the FSM, and find that they are reasonably conservative. Therefore we ac::ept the applicant's conclusions.
